Yes you were right. Just checked my "spam" folder. The informations about account have been there since yesterday. My account is fully working now. I am from Europe and I can say it works really fast even for a Reseller account that other customers complain about slowdown etc.I didn't find any slowdown. Sorry about that. The email has been set 1-2 hours after placing order as could see. Great servers so far.Thank you.

I just want to know how long usually takes for setting up a Reseller account? I've placed my order 12 hours ago and still any other informations I have not yet received either on my email or my client area section within hawkhost.com website except that my credit card is charged and my invoice is paid. I really need that account in fastest time available to set up and ready to work. 12 hours is not long time after all in waiting,but would be really painfull if it stays for longer. Thank you.
