  1. Turn OFF whois privacy

Did all the above, but if this makes it go quicker   Domain name: Ticket: RNM-626-76108
  2. Turn OFF whois privacy

How do you turn OFF the whois privacy on your domain name that you registered with ?
  3. Server maxing out CPU

Both my site and cPanel would not load when the CPU reading was high.  This repeatedly kept happening.   Deleted my site and thus was using ZERO resources and cPanel was still not loading smoothly.    You have or had a system issue and your customer service basically said I was imagining it (just about called me crazy in the ticket).   My review (and the review of many others) of your service will not be an imagination.
  4. Server maxing out CPU

My own personal usage -vs- the server stats above.
  5. Server maxing out CPU

I keep telling support that something is wrong and support keeps telling me everything is fine.   You have 16 CPU Cores and you're trying to use 20+   Everything is not fine.
  6. mod_php or mod_fcgid

Accourding to Liespeed, SPDY is a possibility (I contacted them before talking to you).   Thank you, you've answered all my questions.
  7. mod_php or mod_fcgid

Good   We're thinking of moving the site to HTTPS / SSL Which would require us to purchase another IP address (If I am not mistaken).   But in our line of thinking php-fpm / mod_fcgid would be required for proper load balancing of our php (which you seem to have covered).   I'm just wonder now if you guys are smart enough to also have SPDY?  It's what Facebook, Twitter, Wikipedia, and even Google uses for fast loading SSL.  I would imagine you guys have it already.
  8. mod_php or mod_fcgid

    Which do you have installed?

  10. Update cPanel & WHM to Version 11.34

Effective Monday, October 29, 2012, cPanel & WHM 11.34 is available at the RELEASE tier. This release includes 200 features and updates, including: A brand new User Interface for WHM, which brings a slick new look and easier functionality, as demonstrated at the recent cPanel Conference. Web Disk support has been updated for Windows Vista, 7 & 8, and Mountain Lion. In addition to the Web Disk support update, we will soon be releasing Android and iOS clients. Email client auto configuration utilities have been updated to support the latest mail clients, as well as added support for Mountain Lion. Email Archiving makes its appearance in 11.34, so email users now have the option to more efficiently track, store, and access email. The Mail Delivery Reports functionality vastly improves email tracking and message retrieval. In addition, we overhauled the service monitoring system to provide better notifications, and improved the robustness of the automatic repair feature. New Hooks Management interface built into WHM. Feature Showcase page of WHM will alert you at login to any recent changes made by upgrading cPanel & WHM.
  11. PHP 5.2 Continued Support

I'm happy with 5.4 .... Although I do wish you would update your version of it.
  12. PHP 5.2 Continued Support

5.2 has a few known security bugs which are un-patchable .... Whatever patch you think you have in place... You don't. (lets not argue that, you just don't, it's not possible. period.) I'd be very happy if you removed it completely. I'd like to push the idea as suggested by Unknown Bliss and have only 5.4.x Which you do have as a 2nd .... But I'm sure you'd argue how some people still have older php programs which depend on 5.3.x (even though 5.5 is in development).
  13. Coupons for existing customers?

I always sign up using those reoccurring discount coupons. There is a better long term savings in it. And since I always pay yearly, it is the year total I factor in when ordering.
  14. Coupons for existing customers?

This would be a good idea. One of the many reasons we switch 1x each year is because someone is offering the same thing, but at a better priced offer and yet, many times my current web host could technically match the exact same offer, but only do so to new customers. I switch ISP's, phones, and tv providers for the same reason.
  15. hot link protection via htaccess (X, Y, and all, but with safe list)

Well.... Still not working..... Given up on using more than 1 photo and so I tried this... # hotlink protection allowing for multiple domains RewriteCond %{HTTP_REFERER} . RewriteCond %{HTTP_REFERER} !^http://([^.]+\.)?sociallyuncensored\. [NC] RewriteCond %{HTTP_REFERER} !search\?q=cache [NC] RewriteCond %{HTTP_REFERER} !google\. [NC] RewriteCond %{HTTP_REFERER} !bing\. [NC] RewriteCond %{HTTP_REFERER} !yahoo\. [NC] RewriteCond %{REQUEST_URI} !^/hotlink\.jpg$ [NC] RewriteRule \.(gif|jpg|png)$ [R,NC,L][/php] No luck.
