First of all, is it possible to order without a domain and be able to start uploading the pages and getting set up, then add the domain name later? Secondly, are there any extra charges for add on domains? I've run into that before with another host. The even plainly advertised, unlimited free domains, but then charged $10 per year for email even when specifically choosing no email for that domain. Prices and everything look great. I just want to make sure I'll have no surprises.

I think that's an excellent suggestion. I'm not sure how many would be needed to cover the major email clients, but it would help those who get scared away when they see the word, "configure."
