    Your Question is not a clear one. Might be you are asking for how we can embedded template with the Website. So its all involve in the Development phase and you need to enter the code on the back end to embedded the different templates like Joomla Templates, CSS Templates with your website.

    I think adobe Photoshop is the best tool for designing the banners. BUT some others tools are also used for its designing so i am going to share it with you. These tools include Dreamweaver, Fire bug, Adobe Flash, and Panic Coda. I mostly used these tools to make my design of Joomla Templates, CSS Templates, Magento Templates and PrestaShop Templates
